Day 2,576 —Happy Mother’s Day! — (with a picture of RAILROAD SPIKES)

I went and visited my mom and grandma this morning. It was so good to see both of them. They both liked the cards that my wife picked out, and my wife liked the card that I picked out for her (cards are very important on Mother’s Day). My mom thinks I might be pushing myself too hard, but I am used to her being concerned about me that’s just part of being a mom.

I felt good considering my run yesterday. I was thinking maybe I would do more, but I want to spend some time with my family this afternoon.
