Day 2,592 —Last Tuesday— with a PICTURE of a HITCHING POST

The end of the year is always anticlimactic. I always imagine everyone will be in better moods than they end up being in. Everyone is so done at my school right now. I am trying to stay present, but it is hard knowing I am going to be working next week too, just not with students. We have professional development scheduled next week, but it looks like a relatively nontaxing schedule. I volunteered to host a meditation session.  

This has been the longest semester I have ever worked literally as far as my days in session. I want to be happy for all that we were able to do this year, but it has been a hard sell to get the kids to focus on the positive. 

I decided to do a little less today. I have some type of bruise on the bottom of my left foot. I hope it gets better soon.
