Day 3,460—Gloves and Pants—

 I didn't really have to wear pants this morning. However, I was cold and didn't want to feel like I had to run faster to warm up. My watch beeped, showing +0, meaning I hadn't changed much from yesterday. I always wonder how they calculate this when my heart rate is 130. My goal this week is to not push my training. I will stretch and have some coffee. I am competing in a race every weekend except the 21st for the next 4 weeks! I’m not sure what I will do after that, except possibly something the first week of December. At least these three runs all have the benefit of being for different parts of the day, so I’ll always be home on Sunday.
