Day 4,113—Are Christian Conservatives as Dumb as Donald Thinks?—

 

It is difficult to gauge because I know a lot of intelligent christian conservatives who believe and follow objectively illogical things out of a sense of misguided loyalty to their family and their community as opposed to an indication of their intelligence. However, when you have someone say that he wants to release a file that will validate a great amount of people's assumptions about pedophiles among the societal elites and then pivot and tell everyone to get over it and that the file doesn’t exist, how many of his followers can accept the obvious indication that he doesn’t want the files released because he is all over them? It would be like he went on and on about Hillary Clinton’s emails and later said to forget about it, and it was not a big deal. Wouldn’t his supporters think, “What?! Aren’t you the guy who told us this was a big deal?”  

         Then, when he asks a judge to release grand jury testimony without presenting any legal argument, even though the case has already been tried, he is sitting on a mountain of documents that he could release without any judge's approval, yet he chooses not to. Will his average supporter accept this insulting attempt to cover up his wrongdoing. It makes you wonder how bad it is? There is plenty of existing evidence that shows that donald has no problem with men who like younger girls; he has made his preference for young girls clear. Yet, his supporters knew this already, or were they just blinded by their focus on believing whatever they heard on YouTube videos and podcasts from former comedians?

           The fact that he is doing everything he can to make this story die: Should be enough to convince most people that he has something substantial to hide, but I wonder if it will bother Christians that their champion is a pedophile? I honestly don’t know. They didn’t have an issue with the sexual assault and felony conviction, so I don’t know how willing they are to go against their biblical belief system to worship a man. Only time will tell.

Big news! I tied for 6th overall at the GYBK 6-hour race! I am so glad I pushed myself to go that last lap.
