Day 4,115—my Toe Hurts—

I stopped at CVS on my way home to get something to drink. After that, I walked home. I could have started my watch again, but I didn’t. I noticed the fence was down around the new building. I went to bed early last night. I haven’t had any coffee yet today and my toe hurts. There are only 6 runs until the Badger 100, so I need to pack and shop for the race, and I am happy for the distraction, but I feel like my body is falling apart. It felt so miserable today being out in the sun and one of my toes on my right food started hurting this morning and hasn’t felt better. I cannot remember doing anything that would have done this to my toe.

Next week is the last week until I start back at school, and I am not ready for the school year to begin. I don’t even know what time we’re supposed to report to work on Monday, and I know I am risking being pretty out of it with my race on over the weekend, but part of my finds the challenge appealing. Sometimes pressure to do things is what motivates me to do things as opposed to doing nothing.
