Day 3,763 —Running with a Vest: Day IV—
I
tripped twice. The first time I went down fast, hurling towards the pavement.
At the last moment, I rolled and was back on my feet. My right arm and shoulder
were in pain, and I scraped my forearm and my leg. I was so shocked I had gone
down so hard in such a familiar area.
What
was wrong with me? Why was I so tired today? I tried to keep my feet up for the
rest of the run and go slower, but I did start to trip again. This time, I
caught myself. I wasn’t hurt. It is just bizarre. I went to bed at a decent
time last night, but I feel like I have been up for days, and I am hungry and
thirsty, but at least the weather was nice.
