Day 3,771 —Running with a Vest Day XII: Rainclouds—

 I was out last night right before it started to rain. Lightning was flashing behind the clouds, illuminating the dark blue sky.

         I wanted to go for a run or at least a walk, or maybe just sit outside and read, but then it started raining. This morning it was still wet from the rain and the clouds were closer to gray than blue, but still the clouds felt close to the ground and as I was running, I imagined what it would feel like to have my head up so high that I can smell the rain clouds.
