Day 4,405—3 Runs Until the Berryman 52!—

I woke up about an hour before I had to get up, and I noticed I wasn’t feeling better. That was such a relief after yesterday. I am still not sure what the deal was for why I felt so sick yesterday. I have just been off lately. Maybe it is just the end of the school year or something in the air, or that the world is going crazy. I would never have thought I would live to see such corruption in the federal government, specifically in the judiciary branch, the FBI, and the Justice Department, and, more than that, in all the branches that oversee scientific research.

 There is no reason to think about it, so why do I? I need to focus on now. This morning, today. I made it through my run! I wasn’t feeling great and had to stop and use the bathroom, but the weather was nice. My right foot started bothering me halfway through, which made me smile a little because it never seems to fail; as soon as I take a break, my whole body starts screaming. What else do I have to be thankful for? I am about halfway through a book I am enjoying. I couldn’t do much yesterday, so I ended up reading after prepping. I am not sure why, but when I feel sick, reading is one of the few things that helps. You would think I would watch TV and movies, but I suddenly cannot pay attention to screens.
