Day 4,441—Tree Fort!—

Today was another nice cool day! I wasn’t sure how much to do today, but I started with the idea of averaging 10 miles a day Monday-Friday, so I needed to run at least 16 miles today to get to that average. In the first part of the run, I didn’t take any pictures, but I saw this tree fort in the park and decided to run back there to take some. It was more difficult to take pictures of it than I thought, but it was fun to think about the different tree forts I made as a kid. One I was particularly proud of was the one that looked like a bush, but I cut some branches to hide a little area in the center. The only problem was that the tree branches died quickly and needed to be replaced. It might not have been as big a deal if I'd used it more, but once I made it and showed it to everyone I knew, there wasn’t much else to do with it.
