Day 2,665 —Making Pictures—with a PICTURE of the SUNRISE and a PLAYGROUND

It feels good to take a day off. I immediately saw a spider when I opened my door and took his picture. Next, I took a picture of a flower that stuck through the gape in the bridge. My last picture was of a recliner on the sidewalk with a view of the sunrise in the frame.

I normally don’t get many good shots on a short run, but today I got two that I like.

Focus is always the part I fixate on the most. It is hard to get crisp focus in low light because a camera cannot focus without some light. I used to always use a flashlight to focus my camera back in the day. I would sit outside for hours bracketing shots with my Pentax 6x7. Everything always looked interesting through that viewfinder.
