Day 2,717 —Happy Birthday Jacob! — with my PICTURE of CLOUDS and a FACTORY #2

It is my younger brother’s birthday today. He is 28. He still seems so young to me. I will always remember Jacob being scared when we watched the Disney Tarzan together. He must have been around 8 at the time. Happy birthday Jacob!

I feel good this morning. My daughter woke up and was in our bed, and she noticed my wife cuddling with one of our cats. She was frantically pointing this out to me sometime around 3 today. I think she really believes the cats to just be her siblings. When I got up, she was lying horizontally across my wife’s face. 

I spent more time meditating this morning than usual. My goals right now are to stand up straighter, always breathe through my nose, and meditate at lunch today. I have been mentally exhausted recently, but I had probably one of the best weekends ever, so I think I am ready for work to start today.
